Total Form Fitness provides one-on-one workouts to achieve clients' fitness goals as quickly as possible. Trainers give personal attention to each client and emphasize proper form and fundamentals. We stress a high level of communication between our trainers and clients. This approach helps trainers make adjustments in determining what most aids our clients accomplish their fitness goals.
Our staff performs monthly assessments to analyze each client’s progress. We focus our assessments on reading body fat weight. Our trainers use a Fitness Analysis program as visual aid to help each client understand how their body weight and fat compares to the rest of the population. Learn more about our staff here.
